I saw that updown.io uses this to publish the list of all IPs that they'll do check from and though it would be nice for ping.pe.

Basically publish all the hosts to DNS records with the A/AAAA entries of all locations. Many routers like Mikrotik all you to add this to an address list to whitelist the whole dynamic list over time without much management.
